Mission Beach Water and Sewer Line Replacement

Work will resume on Tuesday, Sep. 6, 2022, following the expiration of the summer construction moratorium. When work resumes, the City's contractor will install a water main on Mission Boulevard and set highlines (see highline explanation below) in the alleys west of Mission Boulevard. The entire project is anticipated to be complete in your community by January, 2024.

How the area will be impacted: Water service to some properties during construction will be provided by a two-inch highline that will run along the curb. To report a highline leak during weekday construction hours of 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. call 760-634-2822. To report a highline leak during non-construction hours and weekends, call 619-515-3525.

Temporary water service disruptions are planned. If a planned disruption will impact your property, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance.
