Election results:

We have subsequently had volunteers for Area 3 and Area 8,

I have appointed Megan Carli an area three resident as area three rep and Skip Dalryumple an area eight resident as area eight rep. Both appointments are pending board and membership approval.

Future Membership and Board Meetings - At the board's discretion there will not be a board meeting in November. Per our bylaws there is no membership meeting in December. The December board meeting will be held on December 7th instead of the normally scheduled meeting on December 21st so as to not interfere with anyone's holiday plans.

Congratulations - to Cathy Ives of Don't Trash Mission Beach who was honored on November 2nd with a County of San Diego proclamation from County Supervisor Terra Lawson-Reimer for her tireless work in keeping Mission Beach Clean. November 2nd will forever be Cathy Ives Day!

Don't Trash Mission Beach a 501C3 non-profit Conservation and Advocacy Group who hold frequent beach cleanups in Mission Beach. To make a tax deductible contribution which will help them purchase supplies for future beach cleanups please go to
