Community updates

September MBTC General Membership Meeting - will be held at 6:00 pm on Wednesday September 13th in the Community Room at Belmont Park. The agenda for the meeting may be found here

September MBTC Board Meeting - will be held at 5:00 pm on Monday September 18th in the Mission Beach Women's Club on Santa Clara Pl. Please note this is a change from our normal meeting date which is normally the 3rd Wednesday of the month. The agenda for the meeting may be found here

Any member of the Council may attend meetings of the Board of Directors but shall not be allowed to vote, make, or second motions. However, an attending member may make as many suggestions as allowed by the presiding Officer of the meeting.

Mission Beach Water & Sewer Replacement Project - has begun once again with an expected completion date of Fall 2024. Below is some contact information you should save.

Organic Waste Recycling (green) Cans - will be delivered to the Mission Beach Community September 26th through the 29th. One 35 gallon can will be delivered per property and each unit will receive one small kitchen pail. You will have the option to exchange the container for a larger container size or to request an additional bin (requests will be reviewed for eligibility). Available green bin options are 35-gallon, 65-gallon and 95-gallon. For more information on their use go to
