MBTC BOARD MEETING - The February board meeting of the Mission Beach Town Council will be held at 5:00 pm on Wednesday February 5th at the Mission Beach Women's Club, 840 Santa Clara Pl. The meetings is open to MBTC members only. Any member of the MBTC may attend board meetings, but shall not be allowed to vote, make, or second motions. However, an attending member may make as many suggestions as allowed by the presiding officer of the meeting. STATE DENSITY HOUSING BONUS LAWS - If you are interested in learning what the Density Bonus Laws from the State Legislature are doing to housing in San Diego (these laws are what are allowing the possibility of the 23 story tower on Turquoise St in Pacific Beach), Neighbors For A Better California (https://www.neighborsforabettercalifornia.org/) is opening its board meeting on Monday, February 3 at 6 pm.
