Change in South Mission Water & Sewer Project

It was previously announced that work on the South Mission Water & Sewer Project would commence in the following areas starting December 21st.

Bayside Lane from San Fernando Place to Dover Court.

The alleys between San Fernando Place and Dover Court.

The areas where work will commence on December 21st has been changed to

• Bayside Lane from Cohasset Court to the alley between Allerton Court and Anacapa Court.

• The alleys between Cohasset Court to Allerton Court.

The work will consist of:

·      Saw-cutting and trench work on the streets and alleys to install water mains and laterals.

·     Streets and alleys where trenching took place will be resurfaced following completion of the entire project.

How the area will be impacted:

·      Water service to some properties during construction will be provided by a two-inch highline that will run along the curb. Please exercise caution when driving and parking near a highline.
